We process and send your order as quickly as possible. Deliveries to Portugal and Spain are usually shipped within 48 hours, while deliveries to the rest of Europe typically take 5–7 business days. For international orders outside Europe, delivery times may vary.

Enjoy free shipping on orders over €40 within Europe, and free international shipping on orders over €80.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, including the bag, and returned in the same box. Return shipping costs must be supported by the customer. Please contact us directly at contact@themuktiproject.com to initiate a return.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirming that the item has been shipped. If you choose express shipping, it will contain a tracking number and a link to follow your shipment every step of the way.

Each piece is handmade with care. To keep your jewelry looking its best, avoid exposure to water, humidity, and direct sunlight. Store your items safely when not worn to preserve their beauty and longevity.
